IS810 is a modular, scalable servo platform designed for the most complex and demanding industrial applications.

The IS810N’s 4.5 kHz current loop bandwidth allows the motor to track the motion profile with minimized error. The drive achieves perfect synchronization and high stability, eliminating any delays between the speed loop and the current loop, resulting in dramatic improvements in system performance. If mechanical resonance occurs, it is possible to use band-stop filters, ensuring excellent control quality (four such filters are available for simultaneous use).

EtherCAT CiA Drive Profile 402 includes all seven motion profiles. The precise operation of the EtherCAT distributed clock using the SYNC object ensures perfect synchronization between drives.

The machine’s performance is optimized with the help of built-in automatic gain selection functions. This has a direct impact on the so-called the level of stiffness of the drives, and thus the quick response of the system and the stability of the machine’s operation. Automation of commissioning and installation activities:

The STO function guarantees safe stopping of drives without the use of additional contactors. Each of the installed axes has independent STO functionality.

Improved power efficiency results in a smaller cabinet due to reduced rectifier capacity and reduced braking units
Through-hole mounting further reduces cabinet size/volume
Compact“2 in 1”dual drive module available for ratings from 0.85 to 75 kW

Due to the DC power supply bus common to all drives, the energy released when braking the motors is divided and reused to power the remaining drives. The amount of energy dissipated in the braking resistors and the energy consumed from the AC power supply are reduced. The energy efficiency of this solution is significantly higher compared to traditional drives.

Thanks to the special InoDriverShop computer software, intuitive parameter setting and widely understood diagnostics of IS810N series servo controllers are possible. Commissioning and service teams have many useful features, such as a real-time oscilloscope, tools to improve commissioning such as automatic inertial tuning, and the ability to update software online.
